It's rewarding to be part of a team the manufactures high-quality automatic litter boxes used by customers around the world. The people I work with are dedicated and hardworking, and I've had opportunities to learn new skills and grow in my role. Like any workplace, there are challenges, but I appreciate being part of a company that continues to improve and strives to build great products. Overall, I'm proud to contribute to a team that values quality, teamwork, and innovation.

Pros

It's a family, a culture that is unique to the manufacturing industry. I have worked in many manufacturing facilities in my career, and Whisker has the most unique culture I have encountered. There are "those" days of course like any place that you feel like pulling your hair out, but, we get through it, help each other and move on. You don't mind going that extera mile for the place because they take care of you. Mangers are flexible and easy to work with and listen. Supervisors, and managers really listen to the associate concerns. And they not only listen, they act on those concerns whenever possible. Whisker is worth the time to check out, maybe become one of the family?

Cons

We do work our share of overtime, but they try to manage it so we can get the time off when needed. Sometimes short staffed, but what facility isn't from time to time. We do all woerk together to move associates to the lines that need help at the time, leads and mangers help out to come up with solutions.
