Pros

Decent employee discount. A few quality products. A few competent people scattered throughout the business. You'll learn how to NOT run a business and treat employees. Has a partnership with a world-class brand.

Cons

HR is terrible, so is payroll. Family-run isn't a good thing if the family is inexperienced and unprofessional. No long-term plan, just reacting and changing course thoughtlessly. Doesn't keep their word re: raises, evaluations, and promotions. Mis-representation of manufacturing locations and practices. Quality level of products is consistently decreasing. Partnership with other brand is unprofitable, might cease soon.

Pros

This environment, which apparently seems chaotic to others, is creative and unstuck to me. If you are of a unidirectional mindset this ain't the place for you. Everyone's ideas are considered and the company is always on a trajectory to grow.

Cons

There are some staff members who could relax a bit.

Pros

Getting more than half off of leather products!

Cons

Run by the owners kids mostly, uppity, selfish, entitled and unorganized. Got rid of most employees that had been there for many years, just to hire other employees in their place, more than likely, paying them less money as well. Retail stores going out of business.
