Pros
- You get to see first hand what inexperienced upper management can do to a company. - You learn exactly what mistakes to avoid when creating brand image and recognition. - You learn extreme patience when dealing with highly ineffective communication and poor planning.
Cons
- The "CEO" believes he is an innovator and an artist. He is incredibly scatterbrained and moronic, never being able to focus on the topic at hand and making ridiculous demands. Also thinks he is a businessman while driving the entire brand into debt. - The Adler children make a laughable contribution to the company by pretending to be knowledgeable in business, marketing, advertising, sales, etc. (Brent Adler didn't even go to college). The family does not listen to experienced people they hire and instead of using their employees to an advantage, they either fire them abruptly or drive them to quit. - Will do absolutely nothing for your resumé, as no one in the actual business world recognizes the company. - The company will never gain national recognition and is most likely near the end of its life cycle. - The company is borderline broke, but still spend money where it is not needed, like advertising, branding, etc. - Basically just a huge waste of time.
