Pros

The product is great and the discounts are generous. Some people in corporate and most of the retail staff seem like they care and have genuinely great spirits.

Cons

In the 20 years I have been working, over various industries and in companies as small as 3 people and as large as 10k, I have never felt more frustrated and confused in the way a business is run. You will be set up for failure, lied to, your position will change without you being notified, you won't receive adequate training because of high turnover, you won't have the resources to push your work forward, you will be conned into believing you can make a differenc, and you will be expected to wear multiple hats, and only paid for one. You will be demeaned by people who don't even know how to do their own jobs, which is basically the entire upper management, and your questions will be ignored time and time again until you start to give up hope that anything can change.

Cons

Family owned and operated. High turnover. Toxic environment. Owners do not listed to the experts they have hired leading to employees quitting or getting laid off.

Passionate/committed staff Some products nicely designed

A well run company, no matter at what level, comes from the top down. I've had the benefit of working for and with many well run companies -- under a person and management who respects their staff, listens, and is honest -- except Will Leather Goods. I saw, first hand, how lower level staff were treated and talked about (to their faces and behind their backs) by the owner and management. In addition, they have worked at creating a brand perception that their products are made in the USA -- the majority of them were not (when I was there). If you are in the market to join a well run company who puts their employees first, I would highly recommend you to avoid Will Leather Goods. There are hundreds of companies out there who who do stand behind their missions and commitments (both to employees and customers) -- I encourage you to find one of them.
