Pros

The stores look amazing. The product is beautiful. The sales staff is actually really good. There is really nothing else I can say. Sad

Cons

Just about everything already written. COO? Ask him his day to day and what he does. Just collects a check. Yet he wants to play like he is a boss? He was given his title by his father and has done nothing to develop his own skills. The company have no structure or communication. Literally 10 people will tell you 10 different things. Do not work here, it will put you back 100 steps in your career. Its a dead end job.

Pros

Small company so if you can get anything done there is little red tape

Cons

The CEO is way too hands on and does not know how to run a business. Beside the fact that his inexperienced children working on key components of the business, he refuses to listen to sound advice from experienced professionals.

Pros

The people that aren't in higher-up positions are nice people that should find better use of their abilities elsewhere.

Cons

- You will be given a title, but the day you start working here it won't exist anymore. You'll be stretched as thin as possible to work in areas you didn't agree to work in/have experience in. - people in management talk to employees inappropriately and treat them poorly. - A real lack of organization and real business practices that will lead to the company collapsing if nothing changes soon.
