Made some good friends. Products are nice.

Please don't waste your time and get tricked into working here! They're good at convincing you that you can make a difference and get their business in order. If you actually have experience and good ideas, don't bother. They only value people without experience/ideas and are good at just pushing buttons. They feel threatened by employees who actually have experience, because the family truly has no idea what they are doing. They actually think that all of these horrible reviews are just from people who don't have experience in the industry. In reality, each one of these people have way more experience than spoiled kids who just got lucky that their daddy built a company! I have never worked for more disrespectful people. It's only a matter of time before this company is filing for bankruptcy! This company is definitely a sinking ship. Their business practices (especially finances) are truly concerning. I would never recommend this company to a friend or anyone that has a promising future.

Great Potential Opportunity; Terrible Working Environment.

Pros

-You will work alongside some amazing people, -There is a ton of exciting potential for the brand-- in terms of product, company growth and brand design.

Cons

All of the above listed pros are undermined by the fact that you will be (HEAVILY) overworked, underpaid and mistreated. The founder is controlling and volatile and the work environment is toxic. Any potential to be had is rendered useless because different ideas are not supported. They have major changes to make if they want to gain and keep talent.

Awesome product Good employee discount Good sales development structure

Cons

The company frequently holds sale competitions (Ie: Sell 3 of a certain item, get something back in return), but attempts to find loopholes to not honor them. Corporate management does not care about anyone except themselves. The COO once asked me to work every day prior to Christmas despite the two of us having a conversation minutes earlier about how hard it had been for me because we were so understaffed during the holidays.
