Pros
They tend to hire (and fire) amazing people and create awesome lower level teams with positive attitudes and good work ethic.
Cons
This company plays favorites, and if your not willing to do WHATEVER they ask you are not considered a "team player" meaning, you are easily replaced. They have no respect for work/life balance. You are expected to work as if it is your company, yet you receive no acknowledgement for this commitment. They often do not pay their vendors, and easily fire people to save money. As a result, employees are often in constant fear of losing their job for no reason. The HR department offers no comfort to employees, regularly never responding to complaints or inquiries leaving them feeling unheard. When you are responded to, you are welcomed with an unfriendly and bitter attitude, feeling as though you are a nuisance. The owners are often publicly seen/heard yelling at each other or other employees. They seem to have no idea how to run a profitable business, and easily disregard suggestions given to them by industry professionals they hire. When you do obtain employment, they ensure you are going to not only make a difference but also grow within the business. However, you are quickly given tasks outside of your job description without any compensation. When people are let go (which is often), you are required to pick up the slack with no added compensation.
