We recognize that the starting pay during the 90 day training period is $9.00 an hour, and that may be lower than some other virtual employers. However, we believe we offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package that sets us a part from a lot of other work from home opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to, pay increases at the 90 day mark. Also, at 90 days, you are able to start using your earned paid time off. In addition, 6 months after the 90 days, we offer a performance review with the possibility of another pay increase and a promotion in the position. Next, we also offer healthcare insurance to all employees who work full-time with our company through Blue Cross Blue Shield. After a year with the company, you are also able to enroll in our matching 401K program. We believe that though the training rate may be lower than some would expect, we offer the opportunity for permanent employment (not seasonal), and room for growth.
