We are sorry to hear that your experience with our company was not the best. We strive to provide a work environment that values the employee, while providing a space for the employee to balance work life needs. We continue to seek ways to be competitive. While we know that for some individuals the starting salary is lower than they expected, we assure you that our starting salary is in line with entry level work. We provide a $1.00 increase after the new hire has completed the onboarding/training period, and then offer another review with an increase six months from their start date to ensure that we are consistently evaluating the needs of our workers and ensuring that we offer a competitive wage. Yearly, thereafter, regular pay increases are in place. In addition, we offer paid time off, healthcare opportunities and matching 401k plans. Though we are a small company, we strive to show our employees that they are the best part of the team. We believe that with benefits and our hourly base pay, we remain competitive in the work from home industry.
