Pros

Working from Home, Saving Money on Gas

Cons

Don't even bother working on quality calls or adhering to schedule, attendance, etc. etc. Perfect record except for two leads per hour at the end due to script changes and tricking people into college offers, most calls ended up with answering machine, hanging up, abusing the rep. They blame it on the reps, not the calls they get. Employees still there have the worst records as far as employment with this company and are still working, even after several final warnings. Not worth trying to do your best here it doesn't matter. Calls were bogus, only they blame the call center reps who don't make the money for management. Lowest on the totem pole gets the heave-ho. Then when you leave they have the nerve to ask you to fill out survey why you left. Not wasting my electricity and equipment for two to three hours a day. I think that's a pretty good reason.
