Thank you for your feedback, and we continue to strive to make Windy City Call Center a great place to work. Though we offer paid time off, we recognize that an added benefit would be to offer paid holidays. We continue to research ways to offer this benefit to our staff. We also appreciate our staff's work on the weekend, because we make calls to homeowners and those who are employed, often weekends are times when we need the greatest assistance due to higher contact rates.
