Pros

Remote work, after 90 days you can receive benefits

Cons

Highly toxic environment, you will be micromanaged every minute of the day (they take screenshots of your computer screen using an installed software). High turnover. In the last year over 12 people were let go or quit. No room for growth. Low pay. Company is having financial issues- no hob security.
