Pros
- Remote work, no weekends, operating hours 9am-5pm. - The commission for manager salaried hires are decent.
Cons
1) You will be micromanaged. They will ping, message, and email you throughout your entire workday, in the middle of the night, your day off or while you’re on vacation. 2) Their backfill policy is horrendous. They guarantee every hire will last 90 days and managers for 6 months. If you don’t find the replacement in time, you will then owe the company that fee. 3) The PTO structure and insurance are terrible. You will be able to get 5 paid days off your first year and 3 sick days. That’s less than 4 hours of PTO a month after 90 days. 4)They do not allow you to work outside of your provided home address unless they deem it acceptable (ie- family emergency, unforeseen circumstance.) Take the “remote work” with a grain of salt. 5) I would say the culture is bad but there is no culture. No incentives, virtual happy hour, events, holiday bonus, holiday parties to acknowledge their employees hard work. 6) Ever changing operating rhythm. You will see a lot of “starting tomorrow, we will be doing _” working for this company. 7) They will grade your performance/KPIs monthly while not having the accurate data. Make sure you track all of your numbers to protect yourself. 8) No room for advancement outside of just being a recruiter. 9) You will have just as many (if not more) admin responsibilities
