Pros

None. Zero. Zilch. Literally none.

Cons

Take the remote and work from home policy with a grain of salt. They will track your IP address (ON YOUR PERSONAL COMPUTER MIND YOU) to find out where you’re working from. You will be micromanaged to the point of not even being able to function as a recruiter. They will not trust you to submit candidates without listening to your entire phone call, and pick apart everything you put in your candidate submittals. You will never be trusted to do your job. Ever. This company is literally two rich women who are bored and are playing pretend recruiting agency with their husbands’ money.

Pros

They are great at lying to you

Cons

Advertise benefits they don't even offer Their pay is constantly changing so you never know what your paycheck will actually be If you do work in the owners home he'll just deduct your hourly rate permanently You get absolutely no help from the managers when you ask for it If you try and get questions answered as to why what you turned in on your time sheet doesn't match what your paystub is they just brush you under the rug and never actually answer them They say when you hire on your last call is at 3 but they then constantly give you calls well past that They make you buy your own drill bits so you can make them more money and get paid less They are charging far more than any other company in the area and then get mad at you when customers don't buy from you at nearly 3 times the cost of everyone else I've watched 6 or 7 coworkers get fired for asking questions and standing up for themselves They will promise you promotions then never give it to you

I'm so sorry to hear about your negative experience with one of our clients. I understand that you're frustrated with the way they've advertised their benefits, their pay structure, and their management practices. I want to assure you that we take your feedback very seriously. We're always looking for ways to improve our company, and your comments will help us do just that. I've taken the time to investigate your concerns, and I've found that there are some areas where they need to make changes. For example, they've been inconsistent in their communication about their benefits, and they've made some mistakes in their payroll calculations. I've spoken to the client's management team about these issues, and they're committed to making things right. They're going to be more transparent about their benefits, they're going to double-check their payroll calculations, and they're going to provide better support to their employees. I know that your experience hasn't been great, but I want to thank you for bringing it to our attention. We're committed to making our company a better place to work, and your feedback will help us do just that. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
