Pros

You received a lot of Recognition points and a discounted marketplace. Internal company events are done well and they invest in employees.

Cons

Workhuman has changed greatly since the time I started there. The focus is on very high mark-ups on the Redemption Network leading to a horrible employee experience. The CEO became much more focused on an annual HR conference than recognition solutions. All of their "best practices" are in the interest of the bottomline, not the customers.

Main offices in Ireland and Framingham can be hard for communications, but we make it work.
