Complete benefits package that is average for a hi-tech company outside of CA. Flexible work environment with flex time and the ability to work from home. Uses leading edge technology both for infrastructure and for products. Little to no internal politics. Good focus on the customer in product design.
Cons
Salary is mediocre to below average, not equivalent to the work load and travel expected. Some teams are high stress with long hours without realistic goal setting from project managers. Could benefit from managers who know how to work with people. No product training for new developers. Confusing HR processes, although HR staff themselves are very friendly. Confusing reporting structure.
