I was hired for a role that never existed at all, then moved into one I hadn't applied for. I was reorganized to 4 direct managers in 2 years, not me personally being moved, actual team re-orgs that affected me 4 times. I had the misfortune of working here during a genuinely difficult season of life, struggling to support my family with a medical crisis and this company did nothing to help me. No flexibility to move me to a lower pressure team, no willingness to support temporary part time, no willingness to ever support me beyond unpaid leave- and once I'd used up what was legally required to give me- I had to quit. I worked here over two years- showed up genuinely and honestly at this company and was excellent at my job. I am living through genuine life challenges well beyond my control and they chose not to support me at all. For what they claim on the culture front it was disappointing, just another corporation putting their targets above the individual lives of its employees.
