Pros

Great place for growth when on the right team. Solid solution that is well respected in the F&A space that encompasses SEC Reporting, GRC, ESG and other custom complex reporting areas.

Cons

Toxic middle management interested more in survival than the greater good for Workiva or the teams under them. Workiva has become more interested in the $1B Annual Revenue marker than the wonderful culture which used to be in place there. A quarter or two of poor numbers will result in a quick cut to the throat.

Pros

Great flexibility and work-life balance for me. Lots of great co-workers and a company that can feel like home for a lot of folks.

Cons

If you want to have a bigger impact, or a bigger say at a leadership level, Workiva is likely not the organization for you. It's also pretty easy to feel trapped at your current level.
