So Casual you could probably get away with your PJ's. Open learning environments. Travel opportunity if you like that; ability to stay home if you don't care to travel. Flexible work hours/environments. You are ACTUALLY treated like an adult - there's no over your shoulder whispers. Flat management structure. Customers LOVE US - a 99% customer satisfaction rating. Progressive for Realz. Intelligent Leadership with Vision and good communication skills to employees. Doesn't have traditional HR - so there's no top down bull - it's all employee up - Employees are the company - and that is understood.
Cons
Weight gain due to free food and endless supply of pop. Demanding work loads. Completely chaotic. If you love an organic culture - this is THE BEST place to work. If you like traditional M-F 9-5 - go away; this is not the place for you.
