I love love love some of the people I work with, especially in my department. They help me when I am stressed to the maximum and I do the same for them.
Cons
There was a time that I loved being a Customer Success Manager at Workiva. This time has long since passed. Its a company that believes it is right to demand their workers to put in 60 hours a week, every week of the year. The MANAGING BOARD COULD CARE LESS if you get to spend time with your family or not. The only thing they care about is making sure their customers are happy and that they are making money. I've had several mental breakdowns from the stress put on my shoulders. It never used to be this way. The worst part about it is that I do not get paid overtime. I'd be making twice the $40k/year I do now. Workiva has failed me, and have failed everyone working for Workiva with similar feelings, which there are a lot.
