Pros
The interview process itself was pretty straightforward with the last round being more of a formality for me to ask any and all questions to clear up the role which was a breath of fresh-air compared to constant bombardment of questions with other companies. The recruiter themselves were wonderful by getting higher compensation than originally advertised. Onboarding has been very generous with time which is nice since I haven't had much rest between companies. I love how supportive everyone has been so far during this time. Speaking with everyone so far on my team, I can see lots of people who have been in Workiva a long time which speaks volume to the culture and work/life balance that can be seen here. I've spoken even with other Workivans who have been in different functions which is a testament to how Workiva fosters personal growth. It seems that they make sure that you find your perfect fit here which is amazing. I am looking forward to the rest of my career here as a Workivan and to work where I work best!
