Pros

Good airline industry experience but other than that.... nothing at all.

Cons

You will never get a raise in this company, management of passenger service already said he won't give you a raise even if you been here for 10 years and have not made 1 mistake. That's not how you treat your employees. The uniforms are very cheap, look horrible and HR never has the appropriate sizing so you're on your own for paying for alterations. You look worst than southwest employees. So lousy pay, bad uniforms and no travel benefits. We work so hard for nothing at the end of the day.
