Pros

There are not a lot of benefits. However, you can learn to communicate and make relations. You will earn customer skills and how to be patient. You can easily get to touch with direct airline's employee. If lucky then you can get a chance to work directly for the airlines in future.

Cons

I recently worked for them as a PSA and trust me the experience was exhausting. They always want you to work but don't want to pay. The payroll is always messed up so you have to check your punch in and punch out times every day to make sure you are getting the right pay. Sometimes they want you to work overtime but this company don't pay the overtime since it is against their company policy. The management sucks a big time. Supervisors don't know how to manage their team. For full-time, they don't even 30 mins break which is required by law for full-time employees. Always beware that they can put you in any position so it is not limited to check in passenger and you can't oppose. The life sucks as PSA so I suggest don't apply and find a much better job or apply direct from airlines.

Pros

Ummm Pay, schedule and if you are white; everything!

Cons

If you are a minority, you will be moved and treated like cattle. As a minority you will do the hardest job while the white employees look at you and enjoy their white privilege. If you complain about something, you are trouble and you will be fired. Managers are there to be seating down for hours and not lead or manage but to order like a dictatorship. Human Resources is a joke. Sexual harassment is sometimes celebrated. If you are white and between 18-24 and no experience at all , make sure you are liked by your managers and in no time you will be promoted no experience necessary. Leads are servile people even though they think different they will do everything on their hands to be praised by their superiors to become managers. Kiss bodies. Again if you are white, apply you will be taken care of and have an excellent career. In no time you will be promoted.

Pros

Fun people to work with.

Cons

-No lunch breaks -Whether or not you take a break, you will get 30 minutes of pay taken from your check -Union rules are not followed by supervisors -Don't count on clocking out at your scheduled time -Very short-staffed because everybody quits after starting -Hard work for only $9/hr -The schedule is a bid-system. You are forced to work double shifts and cannot request days off. They will not work with your schedule even if you are in school.
