Pros

Supervisors and co-workers are fantastic. Feels like a family. Couldn't say anything negative about them. As long as you're good with passengers and people getting upset, you'll be fine at WFS.

Cons

GM and upper-level management is absolutely horrible. Wouldn't work with my school schedule whatsoever, had to call off for shifts that I had during college classes even though I informed them of my school schedule months in advance. Told many stories to many different people regarding who was getting promoted, and made false promises. Lack of communication was extremely apparent, and management played favorites. They wouldn't take suggestions on how to improve by employees and supervisors. They were rarely involved in day-to-day operation and would sit in their office chatting and laughing most of the time. GM and management would take days off for vacation and holidays off meanwhile we all worked. Pay is average but could be better because of all the stress caused by Allegiant passengers.

Pros

Airline and customer service experience.

Cons

Management force employees to work over 40 hours, I was in the company for 2 years and i did not get a raise, my pay check was always short, they don't hire diversity. Spanish speaking agents are force to translate even when its not in their job description. No vacation, no sick time, no flight benefits,

Pros

It's difficult to say positive other than the co-workers made the job fun.

Cons

This company is beyond cheap! They pay horrible and expect the world! You were supposed to bring in your own pens for work! One employee was injured on the job, broke her knee on the tar matt loading customers, she resumed working due to the company not paying her workman's compensation! She walks with a crutch and braces with horrible pain. Fellow employees were a witness to this horrible accident. She could not even do the necessary job requirements. Other's were expected to load all her bags! This poor woman lives in fearing she can't afford an attorney to fight this. Management is incapable of scheduling, and you simply get what you get! No regard for family or life .The ability to ask for any time off for doctors appointments, graduations, weddings ....you have to switch with fellow employee's and run around getting it approved! The funny thing is you are asked to accommodate them weekly due to poor scheduling of staff. They only schedule split shifts, so work you at 4 AM with no guarantee of working the entire shift! You could work three hours or work only two. While you have to block out your day to be available, they do not care! Be prepared you are always tired never feel rested by the time you get home at four, your need to be in bed by 8 to start all over! They provide terrible service to the passenger's so be prepared to deal with angry, disappointed people due to canceled and delayed flights their record is terrible!
