Great group of people fun warm and relaxing vibe lots of down time while waiting for plane to arrive everyone is cool from the older to younger crowd Never a dull moment

Cons

Horrible I repeat HORRIBLE management they expect 5 star work ethic while paying 1 star rate checks look disgusting Early rising moving 2-5 ton cans puts wear and tear on the body If you’re under the weather that’s not a good enough excuse to call out smh Understaff mostly every morning

Pros

Great experience to get your foot in the door in the hospitality and tourism industry. Especially if you want to get into the airline industry. The company contracts to airlines with little staff. Work around different accounts and learn reservation systems, check in, etc.

Cons

Low Pay, no pay raise, not enough pay for the amount of work and stress that is given. No flight benefits what so ever.

Pros

Intro into the airline industry if you want to get your foot in the door to work at an actual airline company. Get to learn new things

Cons

There’s too many cons to list but basically: Very mediocre pay no bonuses or additional pay even if you get a different position Management plays favoritism and just micromanages everyone. They have very low standards when putting people in management positions WFS would rather put more focus and attention on the uniform policy then give its workers more pays and benefits Wants all the women to wear dresses which is sexist and HR can never keep anything in stock for long New attendance policy is a joke. If you have an emergency or have to call out last minute they hold it against you which is ridiculous. Funny how they’re trying to become a more serious and professional company when they are far from it.
