Pros

This is a job where you can gain knowledge and experience if you want to purse a field in freight forwarding or Logistics area of studies. Hours are set, A LOT of overtime offered, holiday pay, and ability to move around departments to gain experience which includes more raises.

Cons

Company changes policies without giving a heads up. HRs aren't helpful. Terrible Insurance offered at overpriced rates. Supervisors talk smack about each other. Supervisors do not pay attention to their employees poor work ethic. For example, several coworkers aren't answering phone calls or taking hours to complete a 20 minute task and Supervisors do not say anything about it. As if they are afraid to confront their workers.

Thank you for your feedback regarding scheduling concerns. Our employee schedules are directly dependent on airline flight activity, and when airlines reduce their flights, we are required to adjust our staffing accordingly. This operational reality was discussed as part of the expectations during your interview process. If you are experiencing specific hardships as a result, please speak with your supervisor to discuss potential accommodations. We value your dedication and contribution to our team, and for additional feedback, please reach out to us at NAComms@wfs.aero
