Entry pay, you get your full time hours, managers are there to help and supervisors listen, they can be flexible with schedule, overtime if needed
Cons
Its a dead end job, if its cold outside your cold inside, there is no room for advancement and raises are nothing just 25 cents, The winter can be brutal! If your a security shoot your self in the head or freeze to death, they want you in one spot while everyone is at a break room
