      Moved up lived in numerous states. Helped other cities. Learned more about managment. Was paid to move up. Promoted on merit. Pay consistent with position.

      Cons

      Upper managment was out of touch with station level employee's. Unreasonable budget constraint and micro management. Personel with no experience promoted.
