Pros

Literally the best company I've worked for. The overall culture is so focused on individual growth (1% better is the motto) that it blew my mind coming here. I only left as I had an opportunity come my way I couldn't pass up, but literally everyone will take time to do 1:1's to meet you and help you understand everything. The managers are darn near your friends, yah they hold you accountable lol, but they really do it in an encouraging way to make you feel good about yourself. If you had a crap month and missed quota, they aren't going to fire you, they are going to help you find your weaknesses and turn you into a beast of a rep. I legit had things I worked on in our 1:1 sessions and tried then on my first set of calls, and got a meeting out of it first try. As of this current time, Chris and Tacher are the SDR managers and you cannot ask for better people to work "under". I quoted that because you don't feel like you are under them. Just overall if you are looking for a place to fit a positive culture, this is it.

Cons

Didn't effect me, but the company wide meetings happen at a set time each week, and if you live outside of US, you have to be part of it whether its 2am or 4am your time zone It is a startup company. Woven just received its Series A so they are still implementing things as they go along. So you have to be adjustable and adaptable to change. But I personally thought it was super fun to be part of a start up. Again it is a startup so benefits are not going to match working for a multibillion dollar corporation, but that should be expected.
