Pros
Nice work/life balance with easy access to downtown San Jose. It is great working with customers to solve real compensation business problems (although you can get this at any application software company). They have successfully built a successful application and technology partner network.
Cons
Xactly is very proud of their "culture; however the reality is personality over performance. Lots of people there are related or buddies. Unless you're a direct sales rep, there are no rewards for going above and beyond the job requirements. Sr. Management is very negative about their competition. In whole, the company is arrogant without cause.
