First, I would like to thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry that your experience did not match our intention of being a Great Place to Work, an award we have achieved on several occasions. We are taking your feedback and addressing all of the opportunities we missed in providing you a great experience. As for the Sales management, we are always looking to evaluate and improve. As an example, beginning in April 2017, all Xactly people managers globally are required to complete a series of on-demand leadership development courses and group learning sessions - a great opportunity for leaders at all levels of the organization.
