Pros
Xactly is a truly tech savvy and nimble company . It may not have the wide array of opportunities one would get in a large company but the bright bunch of people you will come across in this company makes it an exceptional place to work in. Compensation is close to fair and culture is exceptional.
Cons
Can always pay more :). Individual growth in the company does not seem to be in sync with the rapid progress the company is making. Career paths for employees can be better defined.
