Pros

Not a ton of pros- probably the people- they are very nice. It’s a shame since so many of them will most likely leave soon.

Cons

Where to start? I had a lot of excitement joining here that was very quickly diminished. Right after boot camp it was a mess. Most of the newer sales reps had little to no guidance from managers. We had no idea what to do. SDR were terrible or non existent. You are basically 100% responsible for prospecting. No rep wants this to be their main role. In the past year the Salesforce has doubled or tripled in size. I thought it was because of growth, but it’s very obvious this was done to help the valuation of the company as it’s goal is to go public next year. Territories were thinned down and they are not equal at all. Ironic that Xactly has a tool they don’t use themselves to address this. So basically your quotas are unachievable. I have since found hardly anyone makes quota. They offer no ranking reports which is very suspicious. We have asked and no response. Most likely because they don’t want you to see how little of the reps are actually hitting quota. The solutions seemed like a solid solution. But price is way too high and companies aren’t interested in high implementation costs. It’s definitely a nice to have product. Not a need to have. Previous reviews have mentioned nepotism. It’s baddd. And everyone talks about it behind closed doors. Basically you won’t make money here. It’s a place to park while you continue to job search. Many of the reps hired in the past year are leaving or will be soon. Overall I’d skip this stop on your resume.
