      Pros

      It’s a paycheck, if you’re desperate for a job. They let some if not most people work remotely.

      Cons

      Low pay across the board. They don’t promote based on performance. The values sound good but they don’t really live up to them. Oh and the worst kept secret there is that they treat contractors like trash.
