It’s a job in an industry that is not going anywhere

Cons

- Underpay and do not care that it impacts their retention of top talent - leadership will not support you when asked, they say they are there to help if you run into issues, but when you reach out it is crickets - unclear direction from leadership. They will tell you to do one thing but when you do it and it does not work like they expected, they ask why you did that instead of something more successful - you will never advance in your role as they only give accolades to management and leadership
