Pros
1. Flexible time off, you can take as many paid leaves as you want provided they are approved by your manager. 2. Excellent work life balance. 3. Great company culture where employees are valued. 4. Company does have an annual USD 6k tuition reimbursement available to all employees.
Cons
1. Pay is way lower than what is available in the market for same role in other companies. So, talent retention is a real challenge. 2. No trainings available to employees. It is claimed that it is all available but everything is just on paper. No training videos, LinkedIn learning subscriptions etc. 3. No mentorship programs for people at analyst level and it is purely because people don't have any time to mentor others and they are all overwhelmed. 4. Lot of micro-management from senior management which is an absolute turn off because a manager cannot take any decision or make a process change within their own team unless senior management approves. So, improving on efficiency and deliverables is literally not possible.
