We can say factually that there are no family members in a leadership role at any level. The appointment of any position has been and will continue to be based on merit, experience, and performance. That being said, Xactly has a culture where in addition to having a professional relationship many employees (the leadership team included) have built, or are building friendships. This is a human thing, not a bad thing, and we will always stay true to those values to care for one another.
