- Community minded company (XactlyOne): no matter if you are near an office or remote, Xactly wants to make a difference in your community through their 501c organization. - Career growth within each department as well as moving from one team to the other: if you want to pivot your career within the company, there are always opportunities and chances to do so. Make it known to your manager and chances will arise. - Seasoned employees willing to help at any turn: no matter the department, employees who have been here for a while are willing to help - Opportunity to have your voice heard, no matter what level you are at: managers and leadership are willing to listen to your ideas. Speak up and you will be heard. - Xactly's brand: from swag galore to LinkedIn posts to community outreach and more, Xactly's brand is strong and stands out. Past and current employees all share a loyalty to the company. Boomerangs are common. - CEO's story: you feel you know the CEO and his story from day one. Why he started the company, what the vision of the company was and still is, etc. You feel relatable to him and like him, want to do more for Xactly's customers.
Cons
- Lots of "reinventing" within teams. Meaning new programs, new processes, etc. Sometimes it is hard to keep up with all the changes - There used to be a lot of transparency within the company and we seemed to have moved away from this. Leadership still shares, but it seems like not as much.
