Pros
Onboarding process for sales and marketing - a lot of great training both required and optional. People - employees are smart, empathetic, and supportive to fellow co-workers. Understanding there is life outside of your job - kids, health, etc. Product/Platform is great. The company drinks their own kool-aid, using products internally. The forecasting product is money - and has use cases beyond sales.
Cons
Some teams operate in silos and avoid collaboration/feedback, creating hiccups in execution of programs.
