Gaslighting, lies and deceit - Anonymous employee Xactly Corp. Employee Review

Last 9 months have been horrible with several executive departures and then the CEO promoting his closest allies and family into leadership roles despite the fact that they don't have the experience. The business has gone from a hyper growth mode into consistently missing quotas under the new leadership. CEO openly says that everyone is lazy and you should tell your manager if you don't think someone is working hard enough, it's just horrible. And now the layoffs where good people are let go but family are shielded. Oh, and all the reviews you read here are fake, and lies. Presumably that must mean the good ones too. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
