Pros
I was lucky to have good flexibility due to my role - could chose when I worked in office vs. at home. Have implemented free lunches on certain days. The culture *used to* be really good. I emphasise: used to. The Xero of yesteryear is no longer.
Cons
Confused leadership with a continuously shifting goalposts. A history of giving shallow lip service towards systemic issues. Success strongly depends on your immediate management - if you luck out there, you're in for a tough run. I didn't have a competent leader through my entire tenure. Their new 'low performance' PIP process is essentially just an easy way to get rid of people. Hustle culture modelled off Silicon Valley-style businesses - so if you're into that, this might be the place for you.
