Room for growth and development; can build a career here. Compensation is above market for certain roles. People on the floor want to do good work.

Cons

Leaders are unwilling to listen and implement solutions that would solve problems on the floor. HR team lacks fortitude and courage when it comes employee advocacy and proper practices. Company culture is wildly toxic and oppressive .

Extremely toxic management culture. Promotions and advancement are often tied to compliance rather than competence, and showing confidence, self-respect, integrity, courage, a spine, or even a desire for work-life balance can put a target on your back. Management’s primary methods of communication are yelling, blame, intimidation, and threats toward job security. Corrective actions and coaching are practically nonexistent until leadership has already decided you are no longer considered a “fit” for the company.
