Must fight for work/life balance; understaffed; poorly managed; far more work that employees to do the work; high turnover rate; low-ball salary and vacation time. If considering employment, ask about work/life balance; work load and turnover rate....get answers in writing. You will be told one thing but it won't be an accurate representation of the work environment. They talk the talk but do not walk it.
