We're glad you enjoyed the work-life balance in the Pune office. All company salaries are benchmarked against quantified Radford salary data and our wonderful benefits include 100% paid health care premiums for employees, a FSA plan, generous 401k profit sharing, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, great discounts to a variety of places both near and far, and more. We also offer competitive time off (PTO/Vacation), paid holidays, and floating holidays throughout the year. Best of luck in your future.

Thank you for the great review! We are glad that you enjoy the Yardi culture and your role as a Technical Account Manager. Yardi has taken a compassionate and understanding approach to our hybrid work policy, and our current approach is to have employees on-site 1 day per week. This model considers the impact to our employees and allows for flexibility and balance in our personal and professional lives.

Pros

Health benefits, 401k, great culture

Cons

This role was successfully performed remotely for several years, and during that time I actually collaborated with more colleagues across the organization than I do now. The weekly in-office requirement has unintentionally created divisions between teams, as some departments are required to come in while others have much more flexibility. That inconsistency has led to cliques and differing expectations rather than improving collaboration, making the policy feel uneven across the organization. Additionally, it feels as though our salaries haven’t had a “market” increase in years. Things are tight with the economy how it is.
