The business was very disruptive at a time where the world needed the solution is offered - and it did this very well. Call it timing, or outright innovation, or both; Zoom is a great solution. and over the last years, have invested a lot in acquisitions- to prevent becoming a commodified tool; that post COVID became more prevalent as organisations were reevaluating their tool stacks from a more sober standpoint- Zoom too had to make a shift from being order-collectors to strategic, proactive sales people; an angle that I am most familiar with and was very excited to grow into.
L&D could have been greatly improved - as a new AE and a new part of the business in a difficult time, there wasn't enough given to grow the skills required to as an AE.
