Pros

I have worked for other employers and have found that Zoom really cares about its employees. If I ever have a problem I feel like I can go to a lead or a manager to help get the issue resolved. The colleagues I interact with on a daily basis always work hard and are always very helpful when answering questions. This environment has been the most cooperative environment that I've ever been in

Cons

- Growing pains of having a lot of new hires in a short window makes it challenging to get to know everyone - Could use more staff on later shifts to help with tickets that come in during the evening hours or on weekends

Nothing about this company is worth noting.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
