Pros

Absolutely wonderful work environment Management that actually values and takes care of its employees They hire people that fit the culture and are also great fits for the positions they hire. THEY CATER FOOD almost every day. Managers trust the employees to do their jobs and are always willing and available to help Very good benefits (include gym membership reimbursement).

Cons

The advancement ladder isn't too transparent. It may be because of how new the company is, but most employees don't know where they can go with the company. That's not to say that there isn't room for advancement, because there is. But if you are wanting to move towards security, engineering, etc. you will have a hard time knowing what is needed from you to move in that direction.

Nothing about this company is worth noting.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
