Pros
- Amazing product - Having a product development & engineering team that is extremely technical but listens to the customer. We don't develop features for the sake of features. - Having a technical founder!! I've worked for many tech companies that were just shiny objects. That isn't Zoom! - Open and supportive company culture. Someone close to me passed away with in my first year at Zoom. The entire Sales leadership chain reached out and was supportive of my needs. - Good balance of pushing sales reps to suceed and understanding that we can't control everything. Zoom emphasizes the inputs & employee effort and trusts that the outputs will happen. As a sales rep, I really like that. - So far, there has been just the right amount of structure. There are processes in place for escalations and everything, but if you really need something urgently it will happen ASAP. - As a remote employee I never feel out of the loop. Communication is open and frequent. I travel to an office about once a quarter.
Cons
- Salesforce (CRM Software) is pretty frustrating. I think every fast growing tech company has that problem and I know we are working on fixing it.
