      Pros

      The OAE role has changed over the last year from an SDR role to a closing account executive team. We have done really well and received lots of great recognition over the last several quarters and it's been a fun ride. I feel challenged in my job every day and am constantly learning. Our OAE leadership team is extremely supportive and they are always going to bat for us. I have conversations both with my direct manager and our director often and always feel heard and supported. As someone who used to be an SDR here, I find the new OAE role both to be challenging and fun. The company has great perks and the pay is good.

      Nothing about this company is worth noting.

      One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
