Pros

I knew from the day I interviewed here Zoom was something special. I believe it all starts from our CEO Eric Yuan. Everyone really believes in delivering happiness to our customers and to one another. They want the best for you and you are literally selling the number one software in the world that is enhancing lives every single day. My teammates are awesome I can't explain how grateful I am to be here. This is truly a one of a kind company. You don't see this type of unity at many sales organizations. It's very special.

Cons

Honestly none sometimes I over eat the food in the kitchen and put on some poundage since I started here so thats about it.

Nothing about this company is worth noting.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have worked at. Management and leadership are disorganized and unsupportive. Employees get treated like dogs and are talked down to. No work life balance because everything is an escalation or because some “head” requested something. For a company so well regarded, they sure know to how be cheap and take away benefits. Parental leave is basically a slap you in the face. Comp is high but expect to have that dangled in your face or else you get let go. On site lunch and breakfast is nice but how much can you sugar coat the terrible work conditions with little snacks? Everything is such a mess. I’ve been here for almost 7 months and have not met a single person that enjoys their job. DO NOT JOIN ZOOM!
